TNT CONSULTING, LLC began in 2014 with one primary mission – to be a “go-to” resource for people and firms that need extra help in a specific area or discipline, but don’t want to, or can’t afford to hire a full time employee to accomplish the task(s).

TNT offers a wide range of construction consulting services, from proposal writing and management, “how to” policy and procedures manuals to material take-offs, estimating and constructability reviews.  When clients have a job under contract, TNT can assist with contract administration, contract and subcontract management, scheduling, budgeting, ordering and procurement, safety auditing and management and a variety of other services.

TNT also offers dispute resolution board, alternate dispute resolution, claims management and third party neutral services.

TNT’s CEO/Consultant Tom Deines brings 36 years of diverse construction experience in multiple disciplines. Tom has worked with a wide variety of owners delivering projects on time and on budget in his construction management roles.

Tom started his commercial career as a carpenter apprentice in the field, working on a variety of projects including tenant infills, historic building renovation and infill, school additions, zoo modifications, multi-use office buildings, an athletic club, high-end condominiums and others.

Over the last 29 years, Tom’s focus has been in heavy/civil  including bridges, both new and retrofitting in concrete, wood and steel, retaining walls, sound walls, hydro-electric work on dams, powerhouses and flumes, pile driving & tunnel work.
